This application is worth trying. Based on the receipts we have, the current list is $4,043.24 before HST and would return up to $606.49 if every item is accepted.
Approval is uncertain. The published program excludes farmers, but Innovation PEI told Levi that Bloom may still qualify because it sells cut flowers, bouquets and arrangements directly to customers. The application below describes both the growing and retail sides accurately and lets Innovation PEI make that decision.
The grant pays 15% of eligible capital equipment costs after approval and after the claim is processed. It is not a discount at the store. Some of the equipment below is a judgement call, so it is included with an accurate description and marked as possible.

Leave both blank.
Leave blank. The new website is part of the separate marketing application and is not live yet.
This is the closest fit for Bloom's direct sales of bouquets, arrangements and flower buckets. The business description still says that the flowers are grown on site.
Bloom is registered in PEI under registration number 173075.
Enter the nine-digit CRA business number only if you have one. Do not put PEI registration number 173075 here. They are different numbers.
Choose No and enter 0 full-time and 0 part-time employees if nobody other than you worked for Bloom. If someone did, use the real hours.
Enter Bloom's sales from January 1 to today. You previously estimated about $1,500 to $2,000, but use the current total from your records.
Enter your best estimate for 2027. This should be based on the roadside stand, buckets, subscriptions, arrangements and the planned U-Pick.
The older lumber was used for the flower stand, tray benches and stakes. The stand and permanent benches may fit Leasehold improvement / building construction once the receipt costs are split. The stakes may be treated as supplies. Do not check the construction box until those costs are separated.
Each supporting receipt or invoice must total at least $50. The Strong rows are the cleanest equipment claims. Possible rows could be treated as equipment or supplies. Weak rows are low-cost reusable items or eligible portions of mixed receipts whose total is at least $50. They are included with accurate descriptions so Innovation PEI can decide. Three identical shelving units are listed as separate rows, and Innovation PEI may accept one, some or all of them.
The $894.34 before HST in the May 15, May 16, June 8 and June 18 receipts was used mainly for the roadside flower stand, permanent benches for flower trays and wooden stakes. The stand and benches may qualify as a lasting business structure. The stakes may be treated as supplies. One May receipt also contains propane and other items, so do not copy the full $894.34. Levi will split the eligible costs before you submit. The new U-Pick pergola lumber is not on this application, so there is no need to wait for it. Send Levi that receipt once you buy it.
Your CIBC account application is still being reviewed. Wait for approval, then upload the bank-generated direct-deposit form. The application cannot be completed without it.
The Small Business Assistance application is a separate website and marketing project with different costs. If any of these same equipment receipts are later included in an Agri-Food application, this answer has to change and Innovation PEI should be told.
Read the four declarations, check the acknowledgement box, complete the CAPTCHA yourself, and choose Preview. Do not submit until every answer on the preview is right.
Check the business description, the project description, every cost, and the two income and sales answers. Then submit. Save the confirmation page or email.
Innovation PEI reviews complete applications first come, first served, and funding is not automatic. If approved, the email will identify which assets were accepted.
Keep every invoice and the matching proof of payment. There is one claim for the application. Submit it after all approved purchases are paid, and use May 30, 2027 as the safe deadline even though one program page says May 31.
The website and marketing application can still be approved as a separate project because it covers different expenses. The same receipt cannot be reimbursed twice, and total non-repayable government funding cannot exceed 75% of an eligible cost.
