Applying for the Small Business Assistance grant
This guide has the answers I can write for you and marks the remaining facts in blue. Read each answer before using it because the application is submitted in Red Earth's name.
The website and driveway sign are separate cost rows in the same application. Red Earth is receiving SkillsPEI funding, but none of that funding is for the website or driveway sign.
Nothing is owed to Red Isle Web when the quote is issued. No deposit is accepted and no agreement is signed before written Innovation PEI approval.

Use the answer you texted Levi. If No, the other route is at least one employee who will work 560 hours or more.
Enter the real number of full-time and part-time employees and count only people expected to work at least 560 hours if the form asks for that threshold.
Enter 2026 year end as 2026-12-31, then use the sales-to-date and 2026 estimate you texted Levi.
The meeting described PEI clients. Change this only if Red Earth already ships products or sells services off PEI.
Under Professional Planning, check Website Development and E-Commerce. Under Marketing and Promotion (New Business), check Signage and Branding. Leave unrelated boxes unchecked.
Use the approved start date discussed with Innovation PEI. It must be after the application and before any deposit, signed agreement or project payment.
Use this only if it matches the timing discussed with Innovation PEI. The final claim is due within 60 days after the approved project end date.

Copy the sign vendor name and the before-HST amount from the supplier quote.
This calculator uses 50 percent of the $2,500 website and 50 percent of the sign, subject to the program's separate limits and Innovation PEI's approval.
If the form asks for a source and amount, enter SkillsPEI and $1,000, then use this sentence in the description or notes so the costs stay separate.
Upload the Red Isle Web quote numbered 2026-Q03 and the driveway sign supplier quote. If the form requests the consultant terms of reference, the detailed scope on the Red Isle Web quote is the work description.
Read the declarations, complete the CAPTCHA yourself, and choose Preview. The application belongs to Red Earth and must be submitted by Brandon or Becky.

Check the business name, the two long descriptions, both cost rows, the SkillsPEI disclosure, the requested amount and both uploaded quotes. Then submit and save the confirmation email.
After you submit
Wait for written approval before Red Earth pays a deposit or signs the website agreement. The approval email should name the accepted costs and the approved project dates.
After the website and sign are finished and paid, the claim needs the invoices, proof of payment and the live website address. The final claim is due within 60 days after the approved project end date.
